Processing methods: Matters related to requests, including provisions to third parties, for destruction, viewing, and usage out of the purpose of personal video information, are recorded and managed. After the storage period has elapsed, any records are deleted permanently in a way that prevents restoration (in the case of prints, shredding or incineration).
If you contact operations directors in advance and visit the institution, the video records will be opened under the Personal Information Protection Act.
If you want to view, confirm, or delete personal video information, you can demand this of the operators anytime. However, this video information is only available if the records are needed to save one’s life or to serve one’s physical or property interests. If the institution receives a request to view, confirm, or delete the records, it will take the necessary actions immediately.
Video information processed by the institution is managed safely via encryption. Also, as a managerial measure for the protection of personal video information, access to information will be granted differently. Also, to prevent tampering with and forgery of the information, every piece of information including the date when video information was created, the purpose for viewing, viewers, the date of viewing, etc. is all recorded and managed. Additionally, we have a locking device installed for the safe physical storage of video information.
If there is an addition or deletion in regulations on the management and operation of CCTVs, according to changes in legislations, policies, or security technologies, the institution will disclose the reason for these changes and what has changed at least 7 days before implementation on the official website.
